Agreement
When you use CricGem—whether through our website, mobile app or any related services—you automatically enter into a legally binding agreement with us. This agreement covers gameplay rules, contest participation, withdrawals, winnings, account security, data handling and all other activities associated with your CricGem account. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all these terms, and you also agree to follow any updated conditions that may be introduced in the future. CricGem reserves the right to modify the Agreement whenever required for operational improvement, legal compliance or user safety. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued usage of the platform implies acceptance of the new, updated terms. This agreement ensures that every user enjoys a fair and regulated ecosystem while participating in fantasy contests.
Warranty
CricGem provides all its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to deliver a smooth, fast and uninterrupted experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will always operate without errors, delays, interruptions or technical issues. Network failures, device-based limitations, third-party service outages and unforeseen server disruptions may occasionally occur. CricGem does not provide any warranty regarding the accuracy of match data, points calculation, live updates or statistics, though we work to provide the most reliable feeds possible. We cannot guarantee that all services will be operational at all times, nor can we promise specific outcomes from contests or platform use. You agree that CricGem shall not be liable for any financial or non-financial loss that may occur because of system delays, outages, technical errors, data inaccuracies or service interruptions. However, we continually monitor and enhance our systems to provide the best possible experience.
Use of Software
CricGem grants every registered user a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to use the platform’s software, application and website. The platform’s software, interface, algorithms, scoring system, design, graphics and all related intellectual properties belong solely to CricGem. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, reverse engineering, decompiling or performing any action that may alter or interfere with the functioning of CricGem’s software. You may not use automated tools, bots, scripts or unauthorized applications to access or manipulate the platform. Any unauthorized use of CricGem’s software may result in immediate suspension of your account and legal action. The platform’s technology is designed to ensure fairness, transparency and real-time performance, and users must comply with all technical restrictions. CricGem reserves full legal rights over its software and related assets.
Your Password, Your Responsibility
Your account security is extremely important. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CricGem username, password, OTPs and any login credentials. Any action performed through your account—whether done by you or someone else—will be considered your responsibility. CricGem strongly recommends that you use a strong password, avoid sharing your login details with others and ensure your device is protected against malware or unauthorized access. If you observe any suspicious activity, you must notify our support team immediately. CricGem will assist in securing your account, but we are not responsible for losses caused due to negligence, password sharing or unauthorized access resulting from user error. Maintaining the privacy of your account credentials is essential to protect your winnings, money balance and personal details.
Eligibility and Jurisdiction Policy
To participate in contests on CricGem, users must meet the minimum legal age requirement, typically 18 years or older, as defined by their country or state laws. Users must also ensure that fantasy gaming is legally permitted in their region. CricGem does not allow participation from jurisdictions where skill-based fantasy sports or online gaming is restricted or banned by law. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to participate in fantasy sports and that all information provided by you is accurate and authentic. CricGem reserves the right to restrict access, block accounts or deny services to users based on jurisdictional laws, risk assessment, fraud detection or regulatory requirements. These measures ensure compliance with local and national laws and protect the integrity of the platform.
Breach and Consequences
CricGem maintains a strict Fair Play Policy. Any user found violating the terms—including cheating, using multiple accounts, creating fake identities, conducting fraudulent transactions, manipulating contests, exploiting glitches, using unauthorized software, or posting harmful content—may face strong consequences. Depending on the severity of the breach, CricGem may issue warnings, temporarily suspend the account, permanently ban the user, cancel winnings, restrict withdrawals or pursue legal action. CricGem also reserves the right to freeze a user’s account during investigation if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. Maintaining fairness is our highest priority and necessary to protect the interests of every genuine participant.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
All CricGem policies, terms and operations are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising between the user and CricGem will first be addressed through internal grievance redressal and customer support channels. If the issue remains unresolved, it may be escalated to arbitration as per applicable legal procedures. Users agree that any legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts designated by CricGem, and you consent to the exclusive authority of those courts. These legal procedures ensure clarity, fairness and structured dispute resolution for all parties.
Content
Users may create or share content on CricGem in the form of team names, profile details, comments, feedback or any other submissions. By posting content, you grant CricGem the right to use, display, store, modify and distribute that content for operational, promotional or service-related purposes. You must ensure that your content is respectful, legal, original, non-offensive and does not violate any intellectual property or privacy rights. Harmful, abusive, misleading or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. CricGem may remove, restrict or take action against any content that violates platform guidelines or legal requirements.
Content Formats
CricGem features various content formats, including text, images, logos, graphics, scoreboards, animations, match statistics, videos, banners, and promotional materials. All content displayed on the platform—whether produced by CricGem or licensed from partners—is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reuse, download, modify or distribute any CricGem content without written permission. User-submitted content must follow all platform rules, and CricGem reserves the right to review, modify or remove any content that conflicts with legal or community standards.
